摘要
为研究可完全环境降解材料以减少环境污染。采用本体熔融聚合法制备了一种新型不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂,并对不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂进行了表征。研究了不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂交联及水解性能。结果表明,新合成的不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂有多种交联方法并可通过热处理有效地增强其力学及降解(水解)性能。因此新合成的不饱和聚酯酰胺树脂是一种具有很大发展前途的可完全环境降解高分子材料。
In order to reduce environmental pollution,a novel unsaturated poly ester-amide resin was prepared by the melt polycondensation reaction.The crosslinking and hydrolysis properties of crosslinked unsaturated polyester-amide were studied.The results showed that the unsaturated poly ester-amide resin was crosslinked by different structures,and its mechanical and degradation properties were increased by the heat treatment.The unsaturated poly ester-amide resin is thus anticipated to be used as completely degradable polymer materials for environmental protection.
