摘要
运用流程模拟软件模拟酮苯脱蜡溶剂回收系统,通过Aspen能量分析软件分析了上述过程的换热网络,根据夹点技术提出了改造方案。在该方案中将常减压蒸馏装置的一些低温热源用于酮苯脱蜡溶剂回收系统换热网络中,结果表明上述改造方案既可降低酮苯脱蜡溶剂回收系统中加热炉的负荷,又可使常减压过程的余热得到充分利用,提高了热能回收率。上述改造措施的投资回收期不到半年。
The solvent recovery system of butanone-toluene dewaxing process was simulated with process simulator,and the heat exchanger network of the process was analyzed with Aspen Energy Analyzer.Based on the pinch point technology,a modification scheme was proposed for the heat exchanger network of butanone-toluene dewaxing process,that is,the low-temperature heat of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit can be used in the heat exchanger network of the solvent recovery system of butanone-toluene.The result shows that the furnace load of the solvent recovery system of butanone-toluene dewaxing process can be reduced,and the low-temperature heat of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit can be fully utilized by using the modification proposed.In addition,the energy efficiency of the system is increased.The investment pay-back period of the modification is about half year.
