高压下CO_2在几种物理吸收剂中的溶解度测定 被引量:12

摘要 为开发新型高效物理吸收溶剂,采用恒定溶剂法,测定了不同温度、压力条件下,CO2气体在酮、碳酸酯、乙酸酯、二酸酯、醚及醚酯化合物等不同纯溶剂中的溶解度,温度变化282.76—302.81 K,压力最高可达4 MPa。结果表明:在此测定条件下,CO2在物理溶剂中的溶解度符合亨利定律,溶解度随压力升高而增大,随温度升高而减小。通过对溶剂结构进行分析,发现含有醚键、酯键的溶剂对CO2的吸收比其他溶剂的吸收效果好,同时直链型的溶剂比带有支链的溶剂吸收效果好。所研究的溶剂中,没有支链且同时存在醚键和酯键的二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯吸收效果最好,与文中的推论相符,为开发高效CO2吸收剂提供了依据。 The solubility of CO2 in several physical solvents under high pressure was studied to select an efficient and economical solvent.The constant-volume method was used to determine the solubility of CO2 in ketones,esters of carbonic acid,esters of acetic acid,esters of diacid,ethers and ether ester compounds under 4 MPa and 282.76-302.81 K.The results show that the solubility of CO2 in all the solvents complies with the Henry′s law,which increases with pressure rise and decreases with temperature rise.It shows that ester bond and ether bond can both promote the CO2 absorption,and the linear chain compounds can absorb more CO2 than the branched chain compounds.This conclusion is validated by the result that diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate has the best absorption effect on CO2 among the solvents studied,which has both ester bond and ether bond and is a linear chain compound.This conclusion is helpful for screening physical solvents for CO2 absorption.
