Breeding Report of A New Winter Wheat Variety Jingmai 1

冬小麦新品种泾麦1号以"长武134"作母本、"兰天10号"为父本杂交选育而成,原代号为99SX-1。在2005—2007年平凉市冬小麦区域试验中,2 a折合平均产量4 689 kg/hm2,较对照品种长武134增产12.9%,居7个参试品种(系)的第1位。2004—2009年在泾川县及崆峒区、静宁县进行的生产试验中,折合平均产量4 839.0 kg/hm2,较当地主栽品种长武134增产15.3%。耐寒、抗旱、抗倒伏,对条锈病总体抗性好。籽粒含粗蛋白(干基)142.50 g/kg、湿面筋247.60 g/kg、赖氨酸0.34 g/kg、粗淀粉68.50 g/kg,沉降值31.0 mL,千粒重42.8 g,容重815.5 g/L。适宜在甘肃省平凉市及周边同类河谷川水地及阴湿地区和旱塬区高肥地种植。

Jingmai 1 was a new winter wheat variety bred by crossing with the parental combination of Changwu 134 as female parent and Lantian 10 as male parent.In 2005—2007,the average yield of Jingmai 1 was 4 689.0 kg/hm^2 and 12.9% higher than of the check Changwu 134 in pingliang winter wheat region test in Gansu.In 2004—2009,the average yield of Jingmai 1 was 4 839.0 kg/hm^2 and 15.3% higher than of the check Changwu 134 in winter wheat production test of Kongtong district and Jingning county.The results showed that seed grain content of crude protein（dry basis）,wet gluten,lysine,crude starch,sedimentation,grain weight,bulk density were 142.50 g/kg,247.60 g/kg,0.34 g/kg,68.50 g/kg,31.0 mL,42.8 g,815.5 g/L,respectively.In addition,the variety was resistance to cold,drought,lodging and also showed a satisfactory total resistances to stripe rust.It is suitable to plant in the region Pingliang city and other similar the valley river water area,cloudy and wet area and high fertilizer of highland areas.
