摘要
为获得一种适宜于我国现代农业推广、发展的农业机械设计方案,通过运用现代设计理论,对课题组拟研发的快速腐熟秸秆还田联合作业机进行了产品原理方案设计。从联合作业机的功能分析入手,研究了该作业机功能系统,明确其总功能、各子功能以及它们之间的关系;依据设计要求,探寻原理解法,提出了创造性方案;依据定性、定量评价,优化选择了最优设计方案。该方案的确定将为快速腐熟秸秆还田联合作业机的设计、制造提供重要的参考依据。
In order to obtain a suitable design scheme for the development of Chinese modern agricultural popularization of agricultural machinery,through the application of modern design theory,the product principle of the fast decomposition straw returning machine is designed.From the analysis of the fast decomposition straw returning machine function,its function system is studied,its total function of each branch function and their relationship are clarified,according to the design requirements,seeking solutions,the principle of creative solutions is put forward.based on qualitative and quantitative evaluation,the optimal design scheme is optimized.This scheme will provide the important reference for design and manufacturing of the fast decomposition straw returning machine.
