The overall design of small-scale snow and ice cleanup machine

针对目前我国专门用于清除路面冰雪大多采用推土机、铲车以及人力的方法清除冰雪及机械设备不足,人力劳动强度大,效率不高等问题,结合工作原理,提出了新的设计方案,通过三维设计分析及试验和应用,证明此机结构设计简单,体积小,能实现刨冰、削冰、清除功能,可以弥补现有市场上的产品不足。

According to those question of the shortage of mechanical equipment,the high strength of human labor and the low efficiency,and the snow and ice in the load are cleared by using bulldozers,forklift and human method.Combining with the working principle,a new design scheme is put forward.Through three-dimensional design analysis and test,It is proved that the structure is simple and small,and it also has the function of shaving ice,cutting ice and removing snow and ice,which can supply its deficiency of the existing products on the market.
