摘要
通过对电动振动台动圈传统下导向装置结构的分析,针对存在的缺陷和问题,设计了一种带有补偿功能的自润滑下导向装置。通过在电动振动台中应用后,与传统的导向形式相比,该装置耐磨损,导向精确,性能稳定,自润滑并且没有漏油隐患,是一种功能更加可靠的动圈下导向形式。
By analyzing the conventional bottom-guiding mechanism of the electric vibration shaker′s armature,for some defects and problems,a kind of bottom-guiding mechanism with compensation and self-lubrication functions is designed.Through the practical application,compared with the conventional configuration,this mechanism is wear-resisting,guiding-precisely,self-lubricating and not have the pollution of oil leaking,which is a more stable bottom-guiding mechanism for the armature.
