摘要
因为塑料水桶属于深腔薄壁类典型的塑料件,注射成型时主要要解决塑件的推出与冷却问题;针对塑件的推出,特别设计了一种带推件镶块的推杆,简单实用还可方便多次更换;针对塑件的冷却,型芯采用了螺旋循环水道,型腔采用一般矩形循环水道进行冷却;对于其它深腔类塑件的注射模具设计有一定的参考意义。
Because the plastic buckets are typical of deep-cavity and thin wall plastic parts,the problem of the introduction and cooling of plastic parts is resolved mainly in injection forming.For the introduction of plastic parts,the simple and practical but also easy to replace push rod with the insert is designed especially;and for cooling of plastic parts,the core with screw loop water channels and cavity with the general rectangle loop water channels are used.Design and making of the injection mould for other deep-cavity plastic parts have a certain reference value.
