摘要
针对煤矿井下刮板输送机重载难启动的现状,分析了现用软启动方式存在的不足,设计了一种以晶闸管为开关器件、单片机为控制核心的刮板输送机电动机智能软启动器,实现了电机的过电压、欠电压、过载及缺相保护。通过控制晶闸管的导通角调节电动机定子两端的电压,降低了启动电流,减少了电机启动过程中对周围设备及电网的影响,从而确保刮板输送机的安全运行。
Aiming at current situation that scraper conveyor is difficult to start at overload situation in underground coal mine.In this paper,deficiency of the current soft starter method is analyzed,and an intelligent motor soft starter of scraper conveyor is designed by using thyristor as switching device and microcontroller as control core.The soft starter can achieve over-voltage,under-voltage,overload and open-phase protection.The intelligence soft starter adjusts terminal voltage of the motor,reduces starting current and the effect on surrounding equipment and power grid by controlling conduction angle of the thyristor,which can ensure safe operation of scraper conveyor.
