摘要
重点介绍数控机床结构的自动变速、刀架和工作台自动转位与操作等方面的故障维修维护处理,通过阐述数控机床的刚度、热变形及摩擦磨损等,提高了机床精度及使用寿命,从而提高企业的经济效益。
In this paper,care and maintenance of automatic transmissions,tool turret,automatic dislocation and operation of work desk of CNC machine structure are introduced.By elaborating stiffness,thermal deformation,friction and wear of CNC machine,the precision and service life of CNC machine are improved,the economic benefit of enterprise is increased.
