摘要
液力传动油正常工作温度应在70~80℃,油温过高是导致SGA3722矿用汽车液力机械传动机构损坏最主要的原因之一。介绍部分矿用汽车的液力机械传动机构长时间工作在95℃以上时,液力传动油的变化及橡胶密封件变形导致的轴承、齿轮烧坏失效的原因,分析原因并找到解决措施,为相关应用提供参考。
It is normal while hydrodynamic transmission oil working in 70~80℃.High oil temperature is one of the important damage reason of hydrodynamic mechanical drive mechanism.In this paper,the disable reason of bearing and gear because of high oil temperature and distortion of rubber sealing while working under 95℃ for long are introduced in detail.through analyzing the reason,the measures are put forward and also provided references for the same application.
