摘要
如果机械设备工作受到各种因素影响,可使运行状态发生变化,导致故障。为杜绝事故发生,需要在事故发生之前对机械设备进行故障诊断。转子是旋转机械的核心部件,整个旋转机械能否正常运行,取决于转子的运动状态。采用vibroM et 500型激光多普勒测振仪对DM1007仪用加工中心进行振动测试,通过QLV型虚拟式信号分析仪库得到并分析转子径向振动的频谱图。
When the machinery equipment is working,its running status may change because of various factors.In order to prevent accidents,fault diagnosis is needed to do before the accidents.The rotor is the core part of revolving machine,it depends on the movement state of the rotor whether the whole revolving machine can operate normally.Adopting vibroMet 500 laser doppler vibrometer,vibration testing is done on the DM1007 instrument-used processing center.The radial vibration frequency of the rotor spectrum is got and analyzed by QLV virtual signal analyzer storehouse.
