摘要 流量计具有计量精度高、便于在线检定、容易实现自动化等优点,其作为原油计量交接的主要器具已经得到广泛应用。但在应用过程中,还存在许多需要改进和规范的方面。研究的目的是促进原油计量站更多地使用流量计系数方法,使计量交接更准确;规范流量计出现超差时超差量的处理办法。根据多年来在流量计使用方面的经验,通过总结分析、图表描述和实例介绍,给出了流量计系数的使用方法和超差量的处理办法,能对流量计的更好利用起到借鉴作用。 Flowmeter as the major apparatus in the crude trading measurement has been widely used because of its advantages,high measuring accuracy,easy-line test,easy automation.However,in the process of its application,there are still many aspects needed to be improved and standardized.One purpose of this paper is to promote greater use of the flowmeter factor method in the crude trading measurement in the crude-metering station,so as to make the crude trading measurement more accurate,more fair and more reasonable.The other purpose is to standardize the method to deal with the ultra difference that appears in the applications of flowmeters.Based on many year's experience in using the flowmeter,by summarizing,analysising and describing charts and introducing examples,this paper shows the applications of the flowmeter factor method and method to deal with the ultra difference,in an attempt to help make better use of the meter.
