摘要
提出电气设计中选择ATSE时,应按正常使用时的负荷情况考虑使用类别;根据负荷特性和ATSE在整个供配电系统中的位置选择转换类型及转换时间;在短路时按照PC、CC、CB级分别考虑其短路特性。
When selecting ATSE in electrical design,utilization category should be considered according to the load in normal operation.Transfer type and transfer time should be selected according to load characteristic as well as the location of ATSE in the whole power supply and distribution system.The short-circuit characteristic of ATSE should be considered separately based on PC,CC,CB class in case of short circuit.
