v/p转压方式对注塑制品质量重复精度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对注射成型中四种不同的v/p(射速/压力)转压方式的工艺性能进行了研究,以制品质量作为验证参数,同时考虑了模具温度的变化。研究发现,注塑制品质量重复精度的提高除了受到转压方式的影响还同相应转压方式下的工艺参数设定有关;制品质量的变化受模具温度的影响,常规转压方式下,制品质量随模具温度升高而降低,而模腔熔体温度转压方式下,制品质量反而有升高;模腔熔体温度转压方式可对制品质量进行控制;研究结果表明,以熔体温度为信号的转压控制方式不但具有可行性,甚至还可提高成型制品的质量重复精度。 Processing properties of four different injection velocity/hold pressure (v/p) switchover modes were studied in this paper. The quality of molding parts, mass, was the measure parameter. Change of mold temperature was specially considered. It reveals that mass repeatability of molding parts is affected by both switchover mode and the setting value of processing parameters for the switchover mode. The variation of the part mass is affected by mold temperature. As the mold temperature increasing, the part mass decreases when using traditional switchover modes; however, it increases when using switchover mode by cavity temperature. The switchover mode by cavity temperature indicates a better effect to accommodate the part mass. The switchover mode by temperature signal is available and also can be used to improve the mass repeatability of the molding parts.
