摘要
研究了均聚聚丙烯流延膜树脂(CPP)和含乙烯的无规共聚聚丙烯流延膜树脂(CEPP)的结构与加工性能,采用差示扫描量热(DSC)研究CPP和CEPP结晶和熔融性能;以毛细管流变仪研究CPP和CEPP的熔体黏度与剪切应力关系及剪切速率、乙烯含量和粘流活化能的关系。研究发现,随着乙烯含量的增加,CEPP的热封温度降低而软包装性提高;流变性能研究表明,随着实验温度的提高,各CEPP的流变曲线偏离更明显,说明加工过程中,应优化温度来提高加工质量。
The structure and processing properties of the homopolymer cast polypropylene film (CPP) and the random ethylene-co-propylene (CEPP) were investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to investigate crystallization and melting properties of CPP and CEPP. The capillary rhcorneter determined the relationship between their melt viscosity and shear stress or the shear rate. The ethylene content and the activation energy of viscous fluids were discussed. As the increase of ethylene content, the sealing temperature of CPP reduces and the flexible packaging capabilities of CPP are improved. The rheological properties show, with the experimental temperature increa's, the theological curve of CPP deviates obviously from theoretical predictions. The temperature needs to be optimized to improve the processing quality of CPP.
