摘要
考察了NaY分子筛负载高碘酸的条件,介绍了负载型H_5IO_6/NaY分子筛氧化纤维素的反应,H_5IO_6/NaY分子筛氧化纤维素的产物用红外光谱和X射线衍射表征,结果表明,H_5IO_6/NaY分子筛有效降低了纤维素的结晶度,而且可以将纤维素氧化成双醛纤维素。H_5IO_6/NaY分子筛与高碘酸氧化纤维素的实验对比表明,H_5IO_6/NaY分子筛能在40℃氧化纤维素8h获得较高氧化度,比高碘酸氧化效率有所提高。
A kind of H5OO6/NaY zeolite was prepared by NaY zeolite supporting H5IO6. The conditions of NaY zeolite supporting H5IO6 were investigated. The H5OO6/NaY zeolite was applied to oxidize cellulose and the product obtained was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction. The experimental results indicate that H5OO6/NaY zeolite can effectively decrease the crystallinity of cellulose and the oxidated cellulose is dialdehyde cellulose (DAC). Compared the oxidation reaction of cellulose with the H5OO6/NaY zeolite and the H5IO6, it shows that H5OO6/NaY zeolite can get a high degree of oxidation at the temperature 40 ℃ and reaction time 8 hours, which is higher than that of HsIO6 oxidation.
