陕西农村中小学教师现代教育技术能力现状归因与思考

Analysis and reflections of modern educational technology competence of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Shaanxi Province

在面向信息化教育进程中,教师发展对教育信息化起着至关重要的作用。如何提高教师的现代教育技术能力已成为目前研究的热点。文章以＂4（14）N＂体系为标准,通过前期对陕西农村中小学教师现代教育技术能力现状的分析,发现问题并对其提出具体的解决对策,以探索提高陕西农村中小学教师现代教育技术能力的有效之策。

In the process of realizing informationalized education,teachers＇ development plays an important role.How to improve teachers＇ modern educational technology competence has become a hot issue in research.By taking ＂4（14） N＂ system as a standard and making early-stage analysis of modern educational technology competence of primary and secondary school teachers,this paper tries to find the problems in this process and put forward methods to solve this problem to explore effective strategies to improve modern educational technology competence of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Shaanxi Province.
