摘要
文章以文献形式分析了目前护理临床带教教师现状,总结了护理临床带教中存在的问题,并提出相应改革措施,以提高护理临床带教质量。
This paper uses literature review method to analyze the current status of clinical teachers of nursing,summarizes the problems in clinical teaching,and proposes reforming measures to improve the quality of nursing clinical teaching.
