摘要
通过对旅行社供应链管理特征和本质的研究,阐述了关系营销在旅行社供应链管理中的作用,指出关系营销能给旅行社供应链管理带来新的竞争优势。从转变思想观念、建立信用体系、实现信息化管理诸方面,详细论述了旅行社进行关系营销指导下的供应链管理的具体方法。
By researching the characteristics and nature of travel agency supply chain management,this paper illustrated the function of relationship marketing in travel agency supply chain management,and pointed out that relationship marketing would bring new competitive advantages to the supply chain management of travel agencies.The paper discussed the concrete methods of travel agency supply chain management under the guidance of relationship marketing in detail in terms of transformation of ideas,establishment of credit system and realization of information management.
