摘要
目的探讨动静脉内瘘对终末期肾病患者心脏功能的影响。方法对我院血液透析室2007～2009年收治的45例终末期肾病患者,于动静脉内瘘术(AVF)前后进行心脏彩色超声心动图检测,对比分析左心房内径(LAd)、左心收缩末内径(LVESd)、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、左心室每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(EF)及右心室内径(RVd)指标的变化。结果 AVF术后LAd、RVd、LVESd、LVEDd均有不同程度的增大,而EF水平下降,P<0.05有统计学意义,SV有所增加,P>0.05无统计学意义。结论 AVF可引起终末期肾病患者左心房、心室腔的扩大,左心室的收缩功能下降。
Objective To investigate the effects of arteriovenous fistula on heart function in end-stage renal disease patients in our hospital from 2007～2009.MethodsLAd、LVESd、LVEDd、RVd、SV、EF were examined and analysed before and after 6～8 weeks after AVF in 45 end-stage renal disease patients.ResultsLAd、RVd、LVESd、LVEDd after AVF increased significantly and EF reduced evidently after AVF.ConclusionAVF can cause extention of LAd、RVd、LVd and decreacs of EF.
