轿车用转向助力泵定子曲线的多目标优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 在前人工作基础上,根据轿车用转向助力泵的设计准则,设计出运动学特性好且流量脉动小的分段式组合曲线。并根据转向助力泵对定子曲线的速度、加速度、跃度、流量脉动等要求,进行了基于Matlab的多目标优化设计,以及流量脉动变化规律的可视化分析。将计算结果与传统定子曲线进行了对比,结果表明优化设计所获得的定子曲线在运动学特性和流量脉动控制方面是最优的。 Based on the previous work and by following design criteria of power steering pump of car,the sectional combinatorial curves with a good kinematics characteristic and low flux pulsation are designed.Based on the speed,acceleration,jerk and flux pulsation of the stator curves required by power steering pump,the multi-objective optimization design and visual analysis for the diversification law of flux pulsation were carried out based on Matlab.The calculated result has been compared with traditional stator curves.It turned out that the obtained stator curve is optimal in the kinematics characteristic and flux pulsation control.
