认真贯彻落实水土保持法 提升长江流域水土保持监督管理水平

Thoroughly implement Water and Soil Conservation Law,improve water and soil conservation supervision and management level of the Yangtze River Basin

长江流域是我国经济发展的主要区域,搞好长江流域水土保持、改善生态环境是加快流域经济社会发展的内在要求。近年,长江流域水土保持监督管理工作在水土保持法的指导下取得了显著成效。"十二五"时期,长江水利委员会作为长江流域的管理机构,将切实抓好修订后的新水土保持法的贯彻落实工作,坚持预防为主、保护优先战略,强化监督管理,开展监测预报,全面提升长江流域水土保持监督管理水平。

The Yangtze River is the major economic development area in the country,it is the internal demand to speed up economic and social development in the river basin by strengthening water and soil conservation and improving ecological environment.Recently,water and soil conservation monitoring and management in the Yangtze River Basin have made remarkable achievement under the guidance of Water and Soil Conservation Law.In the 12th five-year,the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission as the Yangtze River Basin management institutions,would pay attention to implement new Water and Soil Conservation Law,insisting on prevention and conservation priority strategy,strengthening supervision and management,promoting monitoring and prediction,so that to improve water and soil conservation supervision and management level of the Yangtze River Basin comprehensively.
