摘要
利用高温固相反应方法合成了Ce^(3+)离子激活的氟磷酸盐基质发光材料Na_2Gd_(0.99)Ce_(0.01)PO_4F_2和多磷酸盐基质发光材料MGd_(0.99)Ce_(0.01)(PO_3)_4(M=Na,K,Cs)。通过光谱研究发现,在Na_2Gd_(0.99)Ce_(0.01)PO_4F_2的真空紫外-紫外(VUV-UV)激发光谱上,可以看到Ce^(3+)离子中心波长分别在316,266,235,216,206nm等处的5个f→d跃迁激发带,其5d→`2F_J(J=5/2,7/2)发射峰分别位于350,375nm,由此推测Ce^(3+)离子在该氟磷酸盐基质晶格中可能只占据一个格位。研究了Ce^(3+)离子激活多磷酸盐样品MGd_(0.99)Ce_(0.01)(PO_3)_4(M=Na,K,Cs)在紫外光和X射线激发下的发光性质,发现该系列多磷酸盐样品在X射线激发下有较高的光产额,有可能被发展成为一类性能优良的闪烁体发光材料。
Ce^(3+)activated phosphors,fluorophosphate Na_2Gd_(0.99)Ce_(0.01)PO_4F_2 and polyphosphates MGd_(0.99)-Ce_(0.01) (PO_3)_4(M=Na,K,Cs),were prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique.Five excitation bands were observed at about 316,266,235,216,206 nm from Ce^(3+)5d in Na_2Gd_(0.99)Ce_(0.01)PO_4F_2, and two emission bands from Ce^(3+)5d-4f were found at about 350,375 nm.On the basis of these observations, it is assumed that Ce^(3+)ions occupy one lattice site in Na_2Gd_(0.99)Ce_(0.01)PO_4F_2.The luminescence of MGd_(0.99)Ce_(0.01)(PO_3)_4(M=Na,K,Cs)under X-ray excitation revealed that these phosphors have high light-yields under X-ray excitation,showing that they may be potential scintillation materials.
