摘要
针对已有文献中评估方法的缺陷,提出了一种新的教育质量评估方法,它基于马氏链的首达时间,并二次分类加权综合评分,体现了“着重看进步”原则,使评估更加精细、全面.
To counter the weakness of the evaluation method in [1] and [2], a new evaluation method for teaching quality is advanced. It is based on the first passage time of Markov chains, we vesting with power (coefficient) in classification and synthetically scoring two times. This method embodies the principle of 'emphatically depending on the advance' and put evaluation finer overaller.
