摘要
基于农药穿透生物学的基本原理,通过对病原菌入侵行为,杀菌剂的作用特点、作用方式、传导方式以及杀菌剂应用环境的分析,指出杀菌剂的生测离不开靶标寄主的参与,生物测定方法应尽可能真实地反映药剂在应用实践中的行为学特点,以准确地表达化合物的生物活性或抗药性变化程度。
Based on the basic principles of pesticide penetration biology,the fungicide action characteristics,action mode,conduction mode and application environment as well as pathogen intrusion behavior were analyzed,It was emphasized that fungicide bioassay couldn＇t be made without target plant.Bioassay method should truly reflect fungicide behavioral characteristics in production practice to accurately express bionomic activity or resistance degree of fungicides.
