摘要
提出了喷气织机的一种新型数字化引纬控制系统,该引纬控制系统采用FPGA可编程逻辑单元产生引纬信号、引纬单稳态信号、高低压驱动信号等,同时DSP控制单元与上位机进行串行通信,与FPGA进行并行通信,实现引纬参数的实时调整。应用结果表明,该控制系统显著提高了喷气织机引纬控制系统的精度和一致性。
This paper presents a new digital weft insertion control system of air-jet loom.In the control system,FPGA generates weft insertion signal,the monostable signal and the high-low pressure driving signal.Through the serial communication between DSP and PC,the parallel communication between DSP and FPGA,the control system can realize the real-time adjustment of weft insertion parameters.The results of application show that the control precision and consistency of the control system can be improved apparently.
