摘要
为了满足电视导引头位置伺服系统在部件级测试中的要求,在构成位置闭环的基础上设计了模糊PID控制器以操纵执行机构。控制算法根据位置偏差及变化率将响应划分阶段,经试验确定模糊规则,使用模糊推理实时整定各阶段PID参数,使指标趋于最优。仿真及试验结果表明,模糊PID控制器减小了稳态误差,缩短了调节时间和超调量。模糊PID控制优于传统PID控制,解决了传统方法中性能指标对系统参数和结构要求矛盾的问题。
To meet the requirement of testing TV seeker,a design method of a fuzzy PID controller of the position loop for driving a DC motor is given.In the method,response to the control signal is divided into several steps by estimating guidance error and change rate.Then,fuzzy rulers based on experiment research are used to regulate PID parameters in different step.The simulation result demonstrates that fuzzy PID controller can reduce steady-state error,shorten settling time and restrain the overshoot.And it is better than general PID in solving the conflict between the targets and parameters of system.
