The Choice of Transform Road to Our Rural Economic Development

针对产业结构不合理,经济增长质量不高导致能源短缺,环境污染,人力资本资源匮乏,自主创新能力低下等问题,在探讨我国农村经济发展方式转变过程中存在主要问题的基础上,着重从调整产业结构和能源结构,提高自主创新能力,发展循环经济,建设节约型政府这几个方面,寻求推进农村经济发展方式转变的主要路径。

To resolve the problems in the transform of our rural economic development, such as the irrational economic structure, poor quality of economic growth which has led to the shortage of re- sources, environment pollution, lack of human resources ,and poor innovation, this paper has discussed the major ones with the focus on the following aspects as reconstruction of industry and energy,improvement of innovation, developing circulation economy, and building economical government, so as to explore the major paths of pushing forward the transformation of the rural economy development.
