摘要
"以人为本"是一个历史概念,在不同的历史时期有着不同的内涵。"以人为本"为核心的科学发展观与马克思主义人的本质观一脉相承,它是对马克思主义的创新与发展,是中国社会主义的历史抉择。"以人为本"为核心的科学发展观是以广大人民群众为本,以人民群众的根本利益为目的,处理人与自然、个人与社会的关系问题是"以人为本"的基本问题。
People-oriented is a historic concept,with different meanings at different historic periods.The people-oriented scientific concept of development can be derived from the same origin as the Marxist human nature.It is the renovation and development of Marxist,also the historic choice of Chinese socialism.The scientific concept of development is oriented towards the broad masses throughout the country,targeted at the fundamental interests of the broad masses,the basic people-oriented problems are how to deal with the relationships between man and nature as well as individuals and society.
