摘要
为了研究冲液对电火花成型加工电极损耗的影响,应用流体力学方法,采用k?e湍流模型,建立了盲孔内花键电极的流体力学有限元数学计算模型,分析了电极附近流速矢量场、速度场、压力分布情况。仿真结果表明:采用右侧向持续循环冲液方式时,在电极左侧形成了负压区;电极周围工作液流速相对较小;在电极面向冲液方向150o范围内所承受的压力较其它部位大;上下两齿对冲液形成了分流的作用,并且在左侧齿尖位置的流速要高于其它部位,加速上下两齿左侧的电极损耗。
In order to analyze the influence of fluid flushing on electrode wear,applying hydrodynamics to Electrical Discharge Machining,hydrodynamics finite element model of EDM multiple spline was developed using Fluent with the turbulence model,and velocity vector field,velocity fields,pressure distribution around electrode were analyzed.The results suggest that: flushing right sides of electrode continually come into being lower pressure on the left of electrode;current velocity is low relatively around electrode;within the range of 150? face flushing,pressure large than others part;the upper and below spline have the function of distributaries,brought the current velocity on upper spline and below spline more higher than others part,besides,lead to electrode wear more easy.
