高精度∑△小数频率合成器的系统仿真方法

摘要 准确有效的频率合成器系统仿真是∑△小数频率合成器设计成功的保障,为此建立了基于Simulink的∑△小数频率合成器的电路仿真平台,并提出了利用此平台进行准电路级仿真,利用此平台与Spectre结合进行电路级仿真以及利用Cppsim进行行为级仿真相结合的高精度仿真方法。该方法能够更加准确的仿真频率合成器的时域特性,频域特性和噪声特性;经流片验证,该方法准确有效。 Accurate and effective system-level simulation on frequency synthesizer is crucial for the design of sigma-delta fractional frequency synthesizers.Based on Simulink,a circuit simulation platform was set up for sigma-delta fractional frequency synthesizers,and a method for quasi circuit-level simulation was proposed,as well as an approach to circuit-level simulation using this platform with Spectre and behavioral simulation in Cppsim with high precision.This approach provides a better solution for analyzing time-domain,frequency-domain and noise characteristics,which is verified by measure results.
