目的：探讨中医治疗泌尿系统结石的方法和疗效。方法：将82例泌尿系统结石患者随机分为观察组48例和对照组34例，观察组患者给予口服自拟排石汤，对照组患者给予口服排石颗粒，治疗2个月后判定疗效。结果：观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：自拟排石汤治疗泌尿系结石有确切疗效，值得临床推广。
