糠醛氢化还原法制备2-甲基呋喃 被引量:1

摘要 采用糠醛氢化还原法制备2-甲基呋喃,并用IR、1HNMR、13CNMR等对产物进行表征,考察催化剂、反应时间、反应温度、反应物的物质量之比等对收率的影响.结果表明:糠醛氢化还原法制备2-甲基呋喃较好的催化剂是超细负载型铜催化剂,较适宜的反应温度是160℃,反应时间是2 h,糠醛与氢气物质的量之比为5:12.该合成方法具有原料廉价易得、反应条件温和、设备简单、操作方便、收率高、无污染等优点,具有较好的工业化应用前景. IR, ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR and other methods are used to characterize the products of the preparation of 2-methyl-furan with furfural hydrogenation. And the influence of reaction time, reaction temperature and reactant molar ratio are discussed. The results are :the better catalyst was the ultrafine copper catalyst; the suitable temperature was 160℃; the suitable reaction time was 2 h; And that the molar ratio of furfural and hydrogen is 5:12. The raw materials of this process are cheap, the reaction conditions are mild, the equipments are simple and there is no pollution, so this method has bright prospect in industrial applications.
