摘要
目的:建立测定酸枣仁汤中芒果苷含量的反高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:色谱柱:WatersC18(250nm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:257nm。结果:芒果苷在0.316μg-1.264μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为97.64%,RSD为0.36%。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为酸枣仁汤中芒果苷的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of mangiferin in Suanzaoren Decoction.Methods:The determination was performed on WatersC18 column(250nm×4.6mm,5um)with a grient mobile phase composed of acetionitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid.The detection wavelength was 257nm,and the flow rate was 1ml/min.Results:The Mangiferin showed good lin-earity(r=0.9999)in the range of 0.316ug-1.264ug,the average recovery was 97.64% with RSD 0.36%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reliable and suitable for determination of Mangiferin in Suanzaoren Decoction.
