就目前高校培养人才与企业用工需求之间的矛盾,提出"校企对接"的《传感器原理与应用》课程的教改模式:课程教学内容与行业技术领域和职业岗位的任职要求充分结合,教学方式以企业用工需求为导向,激发学生兴趣,培养职业技能。提高了学生的职业技能和素养,更加适合社会的发展需要。

Consider the present problem between college cultivating talent and the employment of enterprise, put fors-ard ＂school -enterprise docking＂ teachiog mode for ＂ Sensors and Applications＂ course： Teaching context is tightly junction with industry technology, and professional positions requires, the methods is oriented by employment needs of enterprises ,to stinmlate student interest,develop and improve their vocational skills and literacy, as the result that they will be more suitable for social development needs.
