碘仿液创面冲洗预防乳腺癌术后淋巴液漏30例

Iodoform liquid wound flush for prevent lymphatic fluid leakage after breast cancer in 30 cases

目的观察碘仿液创面冲洗在预防乳腺癌根治术后淋巴液漏的临床效果、不良反应。方法对30例乳腺癌根治术患者术中创面进行碘仿液冲洗,比较与对照组患者术后创面淋巴液漏和患侧上肢淋巴水肿的发生情况及完全拔除引流管的时间。结果实验组3例患者发生淋巴液漏,对照组10例发生淋巴液漏(χ2=4.18,P<0.05);实验组患者较早完全拔除引流管(χ2=16.53,P<0.05);患侧上肢淋巴水肿发生率未增加(χ2=1.298,P>0.05)。结论碘仿液创面冲洗可以显著降低乳腺癌根治术后淋巴液漏的发生率,缩短皮下负压引流时间,不增加患侧上肢淋巴水肿发生率,为临床预防乳腺癌术后淋巴液漏提供了新的思路及方法。

Objective To observe the effect and adverse reactions of iodoform liquid wound flush for prevent lymphatic fluid leakage after breast cancer.Methods 30 cases of breast cancer patients were performed iodoform liquid wound flush.The lymphatic fluid leakage,lymphedema and the time of uproot drainage tube were compared in two groups.Results 3 cases happened lymphatic fluid leakage in experimental group,and the control was 10 cases（χ2 = 4.18,P 0.05）.The time of uproot drainage tube was shorter in experimental group（χ2 = 16.53,P 0.05）.The lymphedema was no increase in the experimental group（χ2 = 1.298,P 0.05）.Conclusion Iodoform liquid wound flush can reduce the incidence of lymphatic fluid leakage,shorten the retention time of drainage tube,not increase the incidence of lymphedema,and provide the new ideas and methods for prevent lymphatic fluid leakage after breast cancer.
