摘要
目的探讨提高围术期患者睡眠质量的有效护理方法。方法将125例择期手术患者随机分为两组,对照组按常规护理方式进行护理;实验组在常规护理的基础上,增加心理、生理、环境、社会等方面的舒适护理措施。结果两组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能等成份评分和PSQI总分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能有效缓解或消除围术期患者恐惧、焦虑、烦躁等不良情绪,减轻术后疼痛,有效提高睡眠质量,促进疾病康复。
Objective To explore the improve sleep quality perioperative period in patients with valid nursing.Methods 125 elective surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups：control group as the conventional care means nursing,group in routine care,on the basis of increase psychological and physiological,environmental and social aspects of comfortable nursing measures.Results Two groups of sleep quality,sleeping time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders and hypnotic medication,daylight function and other ingredients PSQI total score and a statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively relieve or eliminate perioperative period in patients with fear,anxiety,Be agitated,etc,Reduce postoperative pain undesirable mood,Effectively improve sleep quality,Promote disease recovery.
