大鼠脊髓源性痉挛模型的建立和评价 被引量:1

摘要 脊髓损伤患者经常遭受继发的病损,其中痉挛就是其中之一,据报道50%—60%的脊髓损伤患者会出现痉挛。痉挛,特别是严重的异常痉挛模式的存在,使患者行走困难、平衡障碍、生活不能自理等,并使患者的生存质量受到严重影响,也给患者家属带来了很大痛苦,已成为临床亟待解决的难题和国际医学研究的热点。
