小分子RNA干扰Smad3基因对人增生性瘢痕的作用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来对于增生性瘢痕形成机制的研究较多,TGF—β信号转导的中介分子Smad家族,位于TGF—β家族配体-受体信号转导系统的下游,通过调控核内靶基因的转录控制创面愈合和病理性瘢痕形成。本研究中,笔者利用小分子RNA干扰技术特异性抑制Smad3基因的表达,观察其对瘢痕增生和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原合成等的影响,为进一步临床应用基因治疗瘢痕提供理论依据和实验基础。
