摘要
目的研究帕金森病(PD)模型大鼠内侧前额叶皮层(mPFC)中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)能中间神经元放电频率和放电形式的变化。方法应用在体细胞外电生理学记录的方法观察6-羟多巴胺(6-OHDA)损毁大鼠黑质致密部(SNc)后,mPFC中间神经元自发电活动的变化。结果 PD模型大鼠中间神经元的放电频率显著降低(P<0.001),使其从(11.95±0.81)Hz降至(7.28±0.78)Hz,放电形式趋向爆发(P<0.01)。结论单侧黑质-纹状体通路损毁对内侧前额叶皮层中间神经元的电活动有显著影响。
Objective To study the neuronal activity of GABAergic interneurons in medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC) in PD rat.Methods The change of the spontaneous firing of GABAergic interneurons in mPFC after SNc lesioned by 6-OHDA was observed by extracellular recording in vivo.Results The firing rate of GABAergic interneurons in mPFC decreased significantly from(11.95±0.81) to(7.28±0.78) Hz(P0.001),and the firing pattern of these neurons changed significantly towards a more bursting firing(P0.01).Conclusions Neuronal activity of mPFC GABAergic interneurons is significantly increased in PD rat.
