4D架构分析与评述

Analysis and Review on 4D Architecture

摘要 4D架构研究是近年来未来互联网研究领域的一个重要项目,它对互联网控制管理功能架构进行了重构,4D架构研究思路与技术方案具有一定影响。概述了4D架构研究的内容与成果,对其研究目标、思路、设计原则、技术方案等进行了分析与评述。分析表明:4D架构的集中式决策机制有利于提高网络控制管理的自动化程度,但是还有一些技术难点需要研究突破,并且对完全集中式架构进行修改可能会得到更实用化的方案。因此,在4D架构基础上开展进一步的研究工作具有一定的前景。 The 4D architecture project is an important project for future Internet research.It re-builds the control and management functional architecture of the Internet,and has remarkable effects to the subsequent research projects.The contents and efforts of 4D architecture project are outlined,and its objectives,ideas,designing principles and technical scheme are analyzed and reviewed.The analysis indicates that the centralized decision mechanism of 4D architecture is helpful to automating the network control and management,but there still exist some technical obstacles to be studied and overcome,and the modification on the centralized architecture may lead to a more practical scheme.Thus more research on the 4D architecture is of potential value.
