结晶器电磁搅拌工艺参数选择及优化 被引量:3

Choice and Optimization of EMS Parameters of Thin Mold

摘要 以某钢厂结晶器为研究对象,开发该型结晶器的电磁搅拌技术,测定电磁搅拌的特征及实际对应冶金效果,从而针对性的选取经济可靠的工艺参数,对比有或无电磁搅拌对铸坯内部质量优化的效果。结果表明:通过对电磁搅拌工艺参数的选择及优化,铸坯中心等轴晶区增加,宽面平均增加50.5 mm,线性比率为41%;窄面平均增加94.5 mm,线性比率为59%;中心裂纹平均级别为0.17,中间裂纹平均级别为0.17;铸坯液芯长度缩短2.61 m。 EMS technology for the thin mold has been developed,the metallurgical characteristics and the corresponding actual results of electromagnetic stirring have been measured to select specific economic and reliable process parameters.Compared the optimized internal quality effects of the slab with or without EMS,the results shows that according to the choice and optimization of process parameters to the electromagnetic stirring,central axis slab with increased equiaxed zone and improved internal quality have been produced.There is an increase of 50.5 mm on wide face on average,and the linear rate is 41%;There is an increase of 94.5 mm on narrow face on average,and the linear rate is 59%.The average level of centre crack is 0.17.The average level of middle-level crack is 0.17.The liquid core length of slab shortens 2.61 m.
