摘要 对非霍奇金淋巴瘤而言,缺乏合适的肿瘤微环境,使人们难以在连续的细胞培养中或异种移植动物身上种植出肿瘤细胞。现今已有诸多研究阐明微环境对淋巴瘤细胞生长和生存的重要性:非霍奇金淋巴瘤细胞,包括淋巴瘤干细胞生活在特定的微环境中,该环境中各种非恶性辅助细胞及细胞因子对淋巴瘤的形成与发展有积极的推动作用和预后意义。阻断淋巴瘤细胞和微环境间的相互作用可能成为治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的新策略。本文将对肿瘤微环境与非霍奇金淋巴瘤的研究进展进行综述,包括淋巴瘤微环境的细胞种类,间充质干细胞和基质细胞,T细胞亚群的辅助作用,巨噬细胞及树突状细胞,细胞因子和免疫监测等。 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cells including lymphoma stem cells reside in a specific microenvironment in which a series of nonmalignant bystander cells and cytokines play a crucial role in the genesis and development of non- Hodgkin's lymphomas. In addition, tumor microenvironment has important prognostic significance in Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Blocking the cross-talk between the tumor microenvironment and lymphoma cells may thus represent a promising new strategy for treating Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. This review summarizes the current advance in studies of the tumor microenvironment and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, including cells in tumor microenvironment, role of mesencbymal stem cells and stromal cells, auxiliary role of T cell subsets, macrcphage and dentritic cells, cytokines, immune surveillance and so on.
