同种异体半腱肌腱解剖重建修复膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤的疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨同种异体半腱肌腱解剖重建修复膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤的临床疗效。方法对32例膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度断裂伤采取同种异体半腱肌腱解剖重建内侧副韧带前纵束及后斜束。术后按Lysholm评分法进行评分,并与术前比较。结果术后12个月随访与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24个月随访与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与12个月时随访结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同种异体半腱肌腱解剖重建修复膝关节内侧副韧带损伤是一种可靠的治疗方法。
