锁定性肩关节下脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折腋神经损伤一例 被引量：1

摘要 笔者于2010年4月收治1例锁定性肩关节下脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折、腋神经损伤。现报告如下。 1 病例报告 患者，女性，49岁。因车祸致左肩部肿痛活动受限1h人院。查体：左上臂处于过度外展、上举位，屈肘前臂置于头顶上方．腋下及胸壁淤血，可扪及肱骨头，肩外侧三角肌处皮肤感觉减退．肩关节弹性固定。桡动脉搏动正常，
