摘要
虚拟学习班级是在线学习的一种基本组织形式。建构一个和谐、健康、高度自治、富有凝聚力的虚拟学习班级生是促进个体发展的重要因素。文章从生态学角度分析了虚拟学习班级的构成要素,认为班级角色、班级活动、班级规范与文化和虚拟学习环境是虚拟学习班级生态系统的构成要素;从种群、生态位和运行机制三个方面论述了虚拟学习班级的生态属性;提出了建立内部反馈调节机制、制订共性与个性统一的行为规范、设计具有"多样性"的虚拟班级生态系统等建构生态化虚拟学习班级的组织和管理策略。
The virtual learning class(VLC) is one of the basic organizations of online learning.A harmonious,healthy and autonomous VLC plays a key role in improving personal development.The elements of VLC are analyzed on the ecology view,the roles,activities,norms,culture and the virtual environment are considered as the elements of the VLC ecosystem.The ecological characters of VLC are discussed from the aspects of population,Ecological niche and mechanism;constructing regulatory mechanism/formulating general and customized norms,designing diverse VLC ecosystems are presented to be the main strategies of managing VLC.
