The three major functions involved in confirmative and expositive adverbs are invisible cohesion function which express a subjective confirmation,visible cohesion function which express a extended annotation,and discourse marker function which act as a reminder or cue.The cohesion degree of those adverbs varies little due to their frequency,the degree of colloquialism,and the degree of adverbialization.
