摘要
采用实验法,比较花样跳绳、跳绳、体育课教学训练,对13~15岁少年身体素质的影响。结果显示:12周花样跳绳训练可有效改善少年的骨密度,显著增强其力量、爆发力、柔韧、平衡等身体素质。
Using the experimental method, the present study made a comparative study on the effects of fancy rope skipping, ordinary rope skipping and normal physical educational training over the physical quality of teenagers. The results showed that the 12 week' s fancy rope skipping effectively promoted the bone mineral density of teenagers, significantly improved their body shape and enhanced their strength, power, suppleness and balance capability. Therefore, it concluded that fancy rope skipping has obvious positive effect on the promotion of teenagers' the body dimensions.
