尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料非等温结晶动力学和透明性研究 被引量:3

Non-isothermal crystallization kinetics and transparence of nylon 6/montmorillonite nanocomposites

摘要 将有机化的蒙脱土与尼龙6(PA6)在Haake共混机中共混,制备出尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料(PA6N);对尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料和纯尼龙6分别进行差示扫描量热法非等温结晶试验,以了解蒙脱土在尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料中的成核作用、扩大尼龙6在包装领域的应用范围.与此同时,采用偏光显微镜测定了样品的结晶形态;采用紫外可见光分光光度计测试了样品的透明度.结果表明,蒙脱土的亲核活度为0.56;纳米蒙脱土填充复合材料在合适的冷却条件下能形成小尺寸的球晶,虽然其结晶度比纯尼龙6的高,但其透明性优于纯尼龙6. Nylon 6/montmorillonite nanocomposite was prepared by blending organically modified montmorillonite and nylon 6 with a Haake mixer.Resultant nanocomposite was analyzed by conducting non-isothermal crystallization test of differential scanning calorimetry so as to reveal the nucleation function of the organically modified montmorillonite in the nanocomposite and extend the application scope of nylon 6 in the packaging field.In the meantime,the morphology of the nanocomposite was observed using a polarized optical microscope,and its transparency was measured by means of ultraviolet-visible light spectrometry.Results show that the nucleophilic activity of montmorrillonite(Ф) is about 0.56.The nanocomposite filled with organically modified montmorillonite emerges as spherical crystals with a small size under proper cooling conditions.Although the filled nanocomposite has a higher degree of crystallinity than nylon-6,it possesses better transparence than the latter.
